What you’ll own

Serve as the strategic point-of-contact for 5–8 client companies.
Diagnose operational, financial, and leadership gaps impacting valuation.
Coordinate internal specialists (finance, ops, people) to deliver the roadmap.
Present findings and recommendations directly to founders and investors.

What you’ll own

Map and document core processes across sales, operations, and finance.
Design and implement SOPs, dashboards, and management rhythms.
Partner with client leadership to install middle management and governance.
Measure and report the impact of operational changes on EBITDA and risk.

Build the financial engine behind every engagement—from recasting to buyer-ready materials and deal support.

What you’ll own

Recast historical financials, normalize EBITDA, and identify add-backs.
Model base and upside scenarios for exit planning and capital allocation.
Support preparation of CIMs, management presentations, and data rooms.
Collaborate with external advisors, bankers, and legal as deals progress.
